We're so excited to introduce you to Spadra Salon Studio

We understand that going to a new salon can feel a little intimidating, especially if you're not sure what to expect. Here's some additional information to help make your first visit is as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Health & Safety
  • Please wear a mask during your salon visit or reschedule your appointment if you're not feeling well or if you've been exposed to someone ill. Our stylists will offer the same  courtesy to our guests.

  • If you prefer that your stylist wears a mask during your service, please just ask. Our job is to provide you with the most comfortable experience possible.

  • Please sanitize your hands on arrival.

~Parking

Parking for Spadra Salon Studio is just West of the Villa Del Sol Building on W. Wilshire Avenue. We do offer validation when there is a parking attendant. There's also a city parking structure on W. Wilshire Avenue, just West of our parking lot, along with plenty of street parking. Please keep in mind that the city structure and some street parking is limited to two hours, so for guests with a lengthier appointment, please pay special attention to parking signs. Parking may also be busy during traditional meal hours and Thursday evenings (Downtown Farmers Market) so please plan accordingly.

~Where We're Located

You'll find us on the 3rd floor directly above Cafe Hidalgo. There are several stairways to the 3rd floor as well as an elevator.

 

The elevator is located at the Villa Del Sol entrance off of Wilshire Blvd. Exit the elevator to your left and turn left down the hallway. You'll then take three right turns, exit the door to the courtyard and you'll find us to your left at the very end (glass door).

~Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and that sometimes schedules change. Please contact your stylist for their cancellation and rescheduling policy.

~Service Adjustments and Refunds

Our goal is for you to love your hair! If you're having challenges with your hair, please contact your stylist for their service adjustment and refund policy.

Should you make a retail purchase that you're unsatisfied with, Spadra Salon Studio will accept unopened or gently used (at our discretion) retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from the initial purchase.

~Children

We love children but we ask that children (under the age of 12) only be in the salon if they have an appointment. The salon is potentially a dangerous environment for younger children and this policy was created with your child's safety in mind.
